Challenge
Client had to interact with multiple agencies to have all the activities coordinated and completed. The client needed a partner to connect there SFCC platform to SFMC platform ensuring they can use transactional data to personalize email campaigns and send targeted communication. Client was looking for a partner with experience on salesforce integrations and multicloud expertise as well as a team/agency to handle the complete marketing platform to handle design, plan, execute and analyze activities.
Solution
Revolve Softech provided customer a one stop shop to handle all the activities though one team and a dedicated PM to be the point of contact for client to work with. As the first part of the project, SFCC was integrated to SFMC using the native connector and then the team of experts with in depth industry experience on Marketing platform ensured that customer has all the solution needed from one agency and they can focus on business activities, Marketing Cloud Einstein setup ensured customer can create email templates using Einstein logic to drive engagement and show relevant information on the email templates.
Results
Integration of SFCC to SFMC ensured customer had all the transaction data to create personalized communication based on transaction pattern.
